1. Ownership and Operation
This website is owned and operated by Vantority, a brand of Moritz Blüml, Vindelikerweg 10, 85652 Pliening, Germany. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, which, along with our Privacy Policy, govern the relationship between you and Vantority in relation to this site and all services offered.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Vantority, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
3. Services Provided
Vantority offers the following services under the Vantority OS system:
Vantority Trust: Press release writing and distribution via third-party newswire services, resulting in media placements on affiliated outlets including ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS affiliates, Business Insider, AP News, and others.
Vantority Local: Google Business Profile optimization, local citation building, NAP consistency management, geo-tagged image optimization, Google Maps placement optimization, competitor spam cleanup, and monthly reporting.
Vantority Growth: LinkedIn profile optimization, content creation, article writing, content strategy, and monthly performance reporting.
Vantority OS: A bundled package combining all three modules listed above.
All services are delivered on a done-for-you basis. Fulfillment may involve third-party providers and contractors operating under Vantority's supervision.
4. Third-Party Services and Limitations
Vantority Trust relies on third-party newswire distribution services. By purchasing Vantority Trust, you acknowledge and agree that:
Vantority does not own or operate the media outlets where your press release is distributed. Final publication decisions rest with the individual media partners. Vantority cannot guarantee permanent placement, as third-party outlets may remove content at their discretion. Distribution typically occurs within 24-48 hours following submission approval. Turnaround times may vary based on submission volume, editorial review, and time zones.
Vantority Local results depend on factors including your market's competitiveness, existing profile status, and third-party platform algorithms. Vantority does not guarantee specific ranking positions or timeframes.
Vantority Growth results depend on your niche, existing LinkedIn presence, audience engagement, and content consistency. Vantority does not guarantee specific follower counts, impression numbers, or lead volumes.
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable Vantority to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information including name, address, phone number, website, and business description. Provide a 20-minute voice note per week for Vantority Growth content creation. Respond to onboarding requests and communications within a reasonable timeframe. Ensure all information provided is truthful, accurate, and free of misleading claims. Notify Vantority immediately of any changes to your business information.
Failure to provide required materials, approvals, or responses may delay service delivery. Vantority is not responsible for delays caused by client non-responsiveness.
6. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy
All payments are due according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.
One-time payments are due in full prior to service commencement. Monthly retainer payments are due on the same date each month and will be charged automatically to the payment method on file. Six-month commitments for Vantority OS are binding for the full commitment period.
Refund Policy: Vantority Trust carries a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If your press release is not distributed within 7 days of submission approval, you are entitled to a full refund. Outside of this guarantee, all payments are non-refundable. Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances: if you change your mind after service commencement, if results do not meet personal expectations within a reasonable timeframe, if third-party platforms remove or alter distributed content, or if service delays are caused by client non-responsiveness.
7. Cancellation Policy
Vantority Local and Vantority Growth require a minimum 3-month commitment. Vantority OS requires a minimum 6-month commitment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Vantority team with 30 days notice prior to the next billing date. Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the next billing date will result in one additional billing cycle.
8. Intellectual Property
All content created by Vantority on your behalf, including press releases, LinkedIn posts, and articles, becomes your property upon full payment. Vantority retains the right to reference your results as anonymized case studies unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
All content on the Vantority website, including design, layout, graphics, and software, is the property of Moritz Blüml and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Content Accuracy and Compliance
You confirm that all information provided to Vantority for use in press releases, profile optimization, and content creation is accurate, truthful, and free of misleading or unlawful claims. You confirm that you have the right to use and distribute all materials provided, including logos, images, and trademarks. Vantority reserves the right to refuse content that violates applicable laws, third-party guidelines, or ethical standards.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vantority provides services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific results from any service. Vantority shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of clients, or reputational damage. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Moritz Blüml, trading as Vantority, his contractors, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any inaccurate information provided by you.
12. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of any account credentials provided by Vantority. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.
13. Service Availability
Vantority aims to provide consistent and uninterrupted service delivery. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by third-party providers, platform changes, or events outside our control.
14. Modifications to Terms
Vantority reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Germany. For international clients, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with German law unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the client's country of residence.
