Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Vantority, operated by Moritz Blüml, Vindelikerweg 10, 85652 Pliening, Germany. By purchasing any Vantority service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
We are committed to delivering high-quality services and stand behind the work we do. At the same time, due to the nature of our done-for-you services and the involvement of third-party providers, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Vantority Trust – Press Release Distribution
2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
Vantority Trust comes with a 7-day distribution guarantee. If your press release is not successfully distributed to our media network within 7 days of your submission being approved by our editorial team, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
2.2 Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
Your press release must have been submitted in accordance with our content guidelines and the editorial guidelines of our distribution partner. Your submission must have been approved by our editorial team. Distribution must not have been delayed due to incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant information provided by you. You must submit your refund request within 14 days of your original purchase date.
2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Your press release was successfully distributed to our media network within the 7-day window. You change your mind after your press release has been approved and distributed. A specific media outlet removes or alters your press release after successful distribution. You are dissatisfied with the specific media outlets that published your release, provided that distribution was completed as described. Results such as lead generation, website traffic, or revenue do not meet your expectations. You provided inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant content that caused delays or rejection.
3. Vantority Local – Google Business Profile Optimization
3.1 Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee of $997 is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. Onboarding is considered commenced upon receipt of your business information and initiation of the audit process.
3.2 Monthly Retainer
Monthly retainer payments of $499 or $599 are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
3.3 Cancellation
Vantority Local requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date. Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the next billing date will result in one additional billing cycle being charged.
3.4 Exception
If Vantority fails to initiate any optimization work within 14 days of receiving your complete onboarding information, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee upon written request.
4. Vantority Growth – LinkedIn Authority System
4.1 Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee of $1,999 is non-refundable once profile optimization work has commenced. Profile optimization is considered commenced upon receipt of your onboarding materials and initiation of your LinkedIn profile rewrite.
4.2 Monthly Retainer
Monthly retainer payments of $2,999 are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
4.3 Cancellation
Vantority Growth requires a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date. Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the next billing date will result in one additional billing cycle being charged.
4.4 Exception
If Vantority fails to deliver the first batch of content within 14 days of receiving your complete onboarding materials including your first voice note, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee upon written request.
5. Vantority OS – Full Bundle
5.1 Setup Fee
Vantority OS includes a waived setup fee. There is no setup fee to refund.
5.2 Monthly Retainer
Monthly retainer payments of $2,499 are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
5.3 Commitment Period
Vantority OS requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. This commitment is binding and cannot be cancelled during the minimum commitment period except under the extraordinary circumstances described in Section 8 of this policy.
5.4 After Minimum Commitment
After the 6-month minimum commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date.
6. General Non-Refundable Circumstances
Across all services, refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
You change your mind after service commencement. Results do not meet your personal expectations within what you consider a reasonable timeframe. Third-party platforms including Google, LinkedIn, or media outlets change their algorithms, policies, or features in ways that affect your results. You fail to provide required materials, approvals, information, or responses within a reasonable timeframe, causing delays in service delivery. You violate our Terms of Service or provide inaccurate or misleading information. Your account or content is removed or suspended by a third-party platform due to your own actions or violations of that platform's policies. You experience a change in business circumstances, direction, or strategy. You decide to work with another service provider.
7. How to Request a Refund

Your refund request must include:
Your full name and email address used at purchase. The service you purchased and the date of purchase. Your order confirmation number or payment reference. A clear description of the reason for your refund request. Any supporting documentation where applicable.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a final decision within 10 business days of receiving all required information.
8. Extraordinary Circumstances
In exceptional cases such as serious illness, bereavement, or natural disaster that prevent you from engaging with our services, we may at our sole discretion consider a partial refund or service pause. Such requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation. We are under no obligation to grant refunds or service pauses under these circumstances but will consider each case individually and with empathy.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
10. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks that are not covered by this Refund Policy may result in suspension of your account and referral to a collections agency. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is not warranted under this policy.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain types of services. However, please note that by requesting commencement of our services before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be limited or extinguished upon full performance of the service.
12. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
