2. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, spam is defined as any unsolicited bulk electronic communication sent without the recipient's consent, that is irrelevant to the recipient, misleading in its content or origin, or sent in violation of applicable anti-spam laws and regulations.
Vantority does not send spam. We do not condone spam. We do not support or tolerate the use of our services for spam purposes.
3. Our Outreach Practices
Vantority engages in professional B2B cold email outreach as part of its sales and marketing activities. All outreach conducted by Vantority adheres to the following standards:
3.1 Legitimate Business Purpose
All outreach emails are sent for legitimate business purposes only. We only contact individuals and businesses that we have reason to believe may benefit from our services based on publicly available professional information.
3.2 Accurate Sender Information
All outreach emails clearly and accurately identify the sender. We never use false or misleading sender names, email addresses, or domain names. The from name, reply-to address, and sending domain accurately represent Vantority and its representatives.
3.3 Honest Subject Lines
We never use deceptive, misleading, or clickbait subject lines. All subject lines accurately reflect the content of the email.
3.4 Clear Identification
Every outreach email clearly identifies itself as a commercial communication. We include our physical mailing address in all commercial emails in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
3.5 No Misleading Content
All email content is truthful, accurate, and non-deceptive. We do not make false claims about our services, results, or identity.
3.6 Targeting
Our outreach is targeted specifically at business professionals who may have a legitimate interest in our services based on their publicly available professional profile, industry, and role. We do not send mass untargeted bulk emails.
3.7 Reasonable Volume
We send emails at reasonable volumes and cadences that are consistent with legitimate business outreach. We do not send excessive or harassing volumes of email to any individual recipient.
4. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe
4.1 Mandatory Opt-Out
Every commercial email sent by Vantority includes a clear, functioning, and easy-to-use opt-out mechanism. Recipients can unsubscribe from our outreach at any time by:

4.3 Suppression List
We maintain a suppression list of all email addresses that have opted out of our communications. This list is checked before any new outreach campaign is initiated to ensure opted-out contacts are not contacted again.
4.4 No Penalties for Opting Out
We do not charge any fee, require any additional information beyond your email address, or impose any penalty for unsubscribing. Opting out of our commercial emails does not affect any existing service agreements.
